About me

Since year 2000 I work between Africa, Europe and the Balkans into the field of International development cooperation and for Enterprises business sustainability.
I spent large part of my life living between Italy, Colombia, Brazil, Kenya and Albania.
I’m fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

As Sustainability and Social Impact Manager I’m often involved in complex situations in which I use my academic technical skills and the competences on Impact Evaluation I acquired in several years of international experience on field.
An important part of my work commitment focuses on support the startup of new Social Business and in Training activities on Social Innovation and Project Design.

I believe that motivation and passion must always put at the basis of every professional new job choice and that Ethics and Sustainability values must drive any daily personal action. I try to apply the values in which I believe during my work and in my personal choices: it’s not always easy, but this does not stop me from trying.

Scout values and the moral and ethical values inspired to me by my parents have always oriented my choices. After a deep and important experience into a worldwide Company, I decided to work as International Advisor and I found many Social business and a Benefit Corporation - B Corp.

Academic experience

Through my academic background and field experience, I created BESI – Business Ecosystem x Social Innovation – methodology, an innovative training program developed to provide students the key competences to systematically analyze the correlations between social innovation, social entrepreneurship and leadership, identifying the main factors allowing social entrepreneurs and young changemakers to develop sustainable initiatives within their own cultural and social ecosystems.
